The VISD health team supports student learning by helping students and staff stay as healthy as possible during each school day.

Our team provides first aid, triage for illness and injuries, and direct services for students with special needs. We ask that parents/guardians meet with our district nurses to establish plans of care before the school year begins (preferably two weeks in advance).
