Science Teachers Attend UW
Science teachers, Gay Roselle, Lea Duntley-Heffernan and Carrie Hatfield are attending an advanced course of biology designed to enhance the skills and background of K-12 teachers. Topics for the nine-week course include:
*Integrating Health into the Science Classroom
*Genetics
*Investigation with Microbes
*Quantifying Microbes
*Neuroscience for Kids
*Bone Biology
*Youth Take Heart (activities for the heart and circulation)
