MAST Breakfast
McMurray celebrated our return to school after Winter Break with our semi-annual MAST Breakfast. Over 200 hungry students earned a seat at the MAST table. To qualify for MAST (McMurray Academic Success Team) students must have earned at least a 3.5 GPA for the second six-week grading period or have raised his/her GPA at least .5 from first to second six weeks. Our students feasted on pancakes made from the famous Kiwanis recipe, ham and a variety of juices. Pancakes were flipped by the Top-notch Kiwanis team of Dave Parker, Mike Quenneville and Ray Konrad. We really owe these gentlemen a huge thank-you, as this is the fourth breakfast they have prepared for us. Thanks also to the many parents who helped serve and monitor the crowd. And congratulations to the students who worked hard to earn this award.
